I had wonderful service at Rocha's. They greeted me with a smile and by name when I entered the door. They explained what steps they would take to assess my vehicle's issues. I waited in the waiting room for word on the assessment. Then they explained what needed to be done. Since it would take a while, I was driven home. When it was done, I was contacted and picked up. When I paid my bill, Tony went over everything with me. I couldn't be happier. In the past, I have had repairs done at the dealership. I had called them and was advised it would take two trips to Eureka (one for assessment and one for the work). Rocha's completed everything in the same day...even took my vehicle to Hummel's for needed alignment. This is an awesome place with the friendly and caring atmosphere of personal service we enjoy in our small community. Thank you for getting me safely back on the road.

Excellent service and very prompt.

We have used Rocha’s Auto for close to 20 years. I have never been disappointed with their work. Always kept informed of how things are going. If something comes up unexpectedly they always check to see how I want to deal with it. Best of all they are very friendly.

Everyone I talked to was very polite and thoughtful. The prices are reasonable and the mechanic does quality work ! Very helpful and the only place in Humboldt I trust working on my car.
