Arriving on Labor Day, after setting up our rv for a brief holiday, we found that our pick up was leaking diesel. Everything was closed on Labor Day. I Googled up automotive repair, read reviews, and found Rocha Automovite nearby. We got up early and headed their way. Expecting the worst outcome and a chance that we probably would be turned away. We walked up to the locked door and a young lady came behind us and asked if we needed help. She had just arrived to the office. We explained our situation of pulling an rv and stopping for a brief time. We shared our concern if we could limp our way back home or if they had time to fix it. Mel, without hesitance, told us she would see what they can do for us. Next thing we knew they were taking our truck in and John came to see us and said it was a fairly easy filter fix. They fixed our truck within the time frame they promised and at a reasonable price. MEL and JOHN gave outstanding customer service and were very pleasant. We were so grateful that they were able to fit us in and help us out. We would definitely recommend and give 5 stars. Even tho we had an easy fix we firmly believe they would have done whatever possible to help us. We both work in customer service businesses and travel often. Unfortunately, customer service and kindness are becoming rare these days, it is refreshing to see it living well in Fortuna! Thank you Rocha Automotive ! The Dudleys

Rochas has created a safe environment for us during COVID days. Our service was quick and complete. We were called and asked about certain additional services and opted for a mouse deterrent system. I appreciate the video of the actual check up. Rochas is an excellent business with great service.

Being a new Diesel truck owner, I was on the road and got a Exhaust Filter full, see your dealer now alert, Horse Power Reduced. I called a lot of repair shops from Gold Beach OR. To Fortuna CA. They were the only ones that got me in. They completed the regeneration process that was needed and did a full inspection of my truck. I felt the price was reasonable and my truck ran like top back to Washington State

So far so good am supposed to pick up my truck Monday. Thanks a bunch....everyone was great.i wish I would have taken my truck there earlier.basicly limped home with the same problem I had it towed in with. So here it sits. They did the best they could with what we had to work with.....I will give them another chance. Thanks for trying guys and gal's Gloria

They fixed my old pick up same day they did the fix cheap they didn't pressure me to extra work but they suggested some things that needed to be done I agreed and had extra work done. Very satisfied with service I got thank you for fixing my truck even though I have nicer vehicles that old truck is my favorite.

The team at Rocha's Automotive has the perfect combination of great technical skills and excellent customer service. Even without an appointment on a busy Friday afternoon, they made time to resolve an unexpected issue with our Jeep getting us quickly and safely back on the road and at no charge! Who does that?!
